Advice and support: We are a service center for our members. If they have foreign trade problems, we offer them expert advice. We assist them by intervening on their behalf at the European level, with international organisations like the World Trade Organisation in Geneva or with national authorities in European countries. We help them to have access to a network of international trade associations that can be of great help.

Committees, seminars and conferences: We organise regular events such as our biannual trade policy, committees and trade committees in Brussels. We also set up seminars on specific topics and Conferences at the regional level.
These meetings are strategic to coordinate strategies for the treatment of foreign trade-related fundamental subjects among the Members. They also allow our members to be informed and provide them unique opportunities to meet and exchange views in an informal way with European and national policy-makers.

ePublications: Our electronic circulars and newsflashes keep our members posted with the latest trade issues and provide them with first hand information on sensitive topics that may have an immediate impact on their businesses. The objective is to enable the enterprises to adapt to the new circumstances in time as well as about legal decisions that have been made by interpreting their content in an intelligible manner suited for the practice of companies.
